Village Burger Bar, LLC owns and is responsible for this Loyalty Program. Village Burger Bar, LLC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Loyalty Program is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the app. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

Who we collect information about

Village Burger Bar, LLC does not review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the Loyalty Program and is not responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by being provided the ability to view and distribute user generated content on the app, Village Burger Bar, LLC is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any content or activities within the Loyalty Program. However, Village Burger Bar, LLC reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of another or (d) in violation of any law or regulation or (e) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Village Burger Bar, LLC, at its sole discretion. Note that any personally identifiable information you may post or transmit will be treated by Village Burger Bar, LLC in accordance with Village Burger Bar, LLC Privacy Policy.
